Euramax Solutions Ltd
Euramax Solutions Ltd is a UK based leading manufacturer of uPVC windows, doors, conservatories and shower enclosures for the Caravan, Holiday Home, New Build, Off-Site construction and DIY and retail markets.
During a recent implementation of Epicor E10, it was found that the ‘out of the box’ stock taking modules within Epicor did not meet the business process requirements needed by Euramax Solutions. By standard Epicor is limited to only provide the ability to carry out either an ABC coded cycle count at part level or full stock-take functionality.
Euramax Solutions Ltd engaged GHA Solutions and chose to implement their ‘Simple Stock Take’ module as the primary stock taking solution during the project implementation. Martin Rogers, IT Manager, says:

First Choice Catering Spares Ltd part of the First Choice Group are an Epicor ERP 10 user based in Cannock Staffordshire; they are largest catering spare parts stockist and supplier in the UK. Boasting a spares database that gives them access to over a million parts and employing over 170 staff they excel in a fast and cost-effective response to their customers’ spares requirements.
Epicor ERP 10 is crucial to ensuring that First Choice deliver on their ambitious customer service targets and project to it’s customers a dynamic market leading company. As part of this initiative the decision was made to update and refresh their customer facing documents in the latest version of Epicor ERP using SSRS report tools that are provided as standard with the product.
Due to the high number of projects the IT team were dealing with James Rostron IT/ Systems Manager at First Choice Group made the decision to outsource the development of the documents and engaged GHA Solutions Ltd with taking his examples and ideas and turning them into reality.
We wanted to refresh our documents and spent a fair amount of time designing new ones, as we were runing multiple projects we decided to outsource to GHA. Having known Andy Wilson previously and having met the GHA team, I knew they could deliver what we wanted.
